Dance, Sing, Eat and Spell this Weekend

It’s Thursday, and you’ve got no idea what you’ll do for the weekend.

Where/When: Friday, April 8, 5 to 6 p.m.

Why Go: On Friday, Whole Foods will hold a storewide sampling throughout all deparmtnets in the store.

Where/When:  Friday, April 8, at 7 p.m.

Why Go: Come out and watch or join a team and play. The Andover schools are hold their annual adult spelling bee at the West Middle School. Participants will be competing in team and are encourged to wear costumes.

Pricing: Free

Where/When: April 9, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., Chelmsford Senior Center, 75 Groton Road, Chelmsford.

Why Go: The wellness fair introduces attendees to a variety of new and old techniques for curing your illness. Includes massage therapy, chiropractic, yoga, zumba and CPR lessons. There also be fun events for the kids like face-painting, games and "touch a truck," weather permitting.

Pricing:  Free admission.

Where/When: April 9, at 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. at the West Middle School theatre.

Why Go: All choir groups from the elementary, middle and high schools will be joining together to put on one large show with all of the groups playing in one night. This will give viewers the chance to see the wide range of musical talent of Andover students.

Pricing: Free.

Where/When: April 10, 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the second floor of the Old Town Hall on Main Street.

Why Go: Get a little instruction on a variety of dance routines, (Latin, Swing, ballroom, etc.) and then use what you learned. All are invited to this ballroom dancing event at the Town House in Andover.

Pricing: $10 single, $18 couple for advance tickets, Tickets at the door $12 single, $20 couple
