Discover and Explore Andover Day

Andover Day activities include local community entertainment from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on the Enterprise Bank Stage, located in the Old Andover Village area of Main Street. Dance Infusion will be hosting and performing along with Zumba With Kelli, The Storyweaver Nicolette Heavey, Summer Theater Ensemble performing HAIRSPRAY, the AHS Varsity Show Choir, From Start To Finish, the AHS Jr Varsity Show Choir, Nothin’ But Treble and others!

 Other features of Andover Day:

• The Andover Historical Society Farmer’s Market will be open for the day’s festivities at their South Main Street location.
• The 2011 Andover Little League Baseball State Champions will be honored at 12:15 p.m. on the Main Stage at Elm Square by town officials.
• Our presenting sponsor Stop & Shop and supporting sponsor Lawrence General Hospital will be highlighting live music selections including local band Rockoholics at 11:45 a.m. on the Main Stage; with the opening act of 92.5 the River’s afternoon of live music starting at 1pm; Jason Spooner http://jasonspooner.com/ and the headliner is Beetlejuicehttp://www.muzzdrums.com/Beatlejuice.html. 
• Street activities will include our supporting sponsors of Andover Country Club, Casa Blanca Mexican Restaurant, Enterprise Bank, Samel Insurance Agency and Dance Infusion. 
• Activities to include WCAP Radio broadcasting live from Andover Day from 6am- noon, ongoing demonstrations from ATA Karate, psychic readings from Circles of Wisdom, beading activities from Bella Beads, puppies at Blue Dog Pet, raffles from Dino Furs, Fitness Together will be offering fitness and nutrition consultations, Essex Rowing participation…and many other give aways and activities! 
• All retails locations in downtown will be open for business along with delicious food offerings by Andover Inn, Casa Blanca, DISH, My Brother’s Pizza, Andover Inn/Samuel’s, Hendy’s, Brian’s Father’s Hot Dogs, Glenn’s Pushcart, Good Day Café, Frank’s Senior Center Luncheon and others!
• Community organizations and service groups will be exhibiting.  Local churches, builders, Town agencies, youth and senior organizations will all be represented.  Join us for The Jimmy Fund charitable organization’s face painting tent near CVS.

Also, be sure to check out Andover Patch's tent in front of Starbucks. We will be holding a bean bag toss, passing out Patc balloons and be providing a wide variety of Patch stuff!
