Dog Bite Reported on Mulberry Circle

The following are excerpts from the Andover Police log. The log is open to the public.

At 11:32 a.m. a caller reported that both a raccoon and a bird were in his home. He decided that he would handle it himself.

At 11:54 a.m. a caller reported a possible theft on Andover Street.

At 1:47 p.m. a caller reported a minor accident on Lowell Street. No injuries were reported.
At 3:49 p.m. a three-car crash was reported on Interstate 93 near Route 28.

At 3:54 p.m. a caller reported that her neighbor was bitten by another neighbor’s dog on Mulberry Circle.

At 6:36 p.m. police arrested Wendy L. Wineapple, 57, of 6 Park Court, Methuen, on Chapel Avenue. Wineapple was charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a revoked registration and an uninsured motor vehicle.

At 7:02 p.m. police arrested Alicia Legros, 25, of 102 Greenfield St., Lawrence, on Lowell Street. Legros was charged with assault and battery on a household member.
