Dog Fight Reported on Haggetts Pond Road

The following are excerpts from the Andover Police log. The log is open to the public.

Thursday, April 7

At 7:43 a.m. a caller reported a minor car accident on Stirling Street. Police did not investigate.

At 9:54 a.m. a loose brown dog was reported on the roadway on Lowell Street. The Animal Control officer could not locate the animal.

At 12:18 p.m. a caller reported a dog fight between three dogs on Haggetts Pond Road. All dogs and owners had since left the area when police arrived. The Animal Control officer will contact all parties.

At 2:18 p.m. identity theft was reported on Mercury Circle.

At 4:45 p.m. a two-car accident was reported in front of Dylan’s Pub on Park Street. No injuries were reported.

At 6:26 p.m. domestic abuse was reported on North Street.
