Exploding Street Light Reported on Rt. 133

Friday, Dec. 9
At 11:25 a.m. identity fraud was reported on Noel Road.

At 1:08 p.m. police reported a two-car motor vehicle accident on River Road. No injuries were reported.
At 1:57 p.m. police responded to a vehicle with a broken steering column that was stuck in the middle of the street on Lowell Street.

At 3:02 p.m. police arrested Jeffrey M. Lude, 47, of 85 Green St., Apt. 1, Biddeford, ME, on Lowell Street. Lude was charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a motor vehicle lights violation.
At 8:37 p.m. a detail officer reported an intoxicated female at Andover High School. An officer reported that she was taken to an area hospital with the fire department.
Saturday, Dec. 10
At 9:25 a.m. a caller reported a hit and run on Barnard Street. The caller claimed that his car was hit by a car in the Old Town Hall parking lot.
At 11:07 a.m. a caller reported that a vehicle struck her stone wall sometime last night on Cutler Road.
At 11:30 a.m. a caller reported a stop sign missing at Jenkins and Salem Street.
At 2:31 p.m. a caller reported that some type of explosion came from a street lamp on Lowell Street on and the light was still smoking.
Sunday, Dec. 11
At 12:09 a.m. a loud party was reported on High Street. It was an adult party and they agreed to turn the music down.
At 10:45 a.m. a minor motor vehicle accident was reported on High Street.
At 6:48 p.m. an allegedly intoxicated man refused to get out of his cab on Topping Road. Police arrested John Regan, 84, 40 Topping Road. Regan was charged with disorderly conduct.
