First Ever Holly Days Open House at Historic Stevens Estate
The free event offers a great opportunity for anybody who has not visited the beautiful Victorian red brick mansion.

North Andover’s Stevens Estate will hold a three-day Holly Days Open House from Friday, Dec. 18 to Sunday, Dec. 20.
Holly Days Open House takes place over three days to entice families with busy schedules to stop by, share some festive cheer and enjoy light refreshments. Visitors will be able to tour the festively decorated mansion, and participate in recipe and craft making activities.

The open house is free and open to the public.
Festive cupcake decorating sessions will be hosted by Tastebud’s Kitchen on Friday and Saturday, handcrafted sweets and candy will be provided by Dottie’s Delight’s, and delicious refreshments will be provided by the estate caterers, including Two Chefs are Better than One, A Day to Remember and Timothy S Hopkins.

Estate rooms will be festively designed with foliage and décor by Smolak Farms, Nunan’s Greenhouses, Enterprises by Michael (Bradford) and Boston-based designer Kevin Wery.
There will be a $5 charge for children to see Santa and receive a gift.
The open house hours will be from 4 to 7 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 18, from 10 a.m., to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 19, and from noon to 4 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 20.
The event offers a great opportunity for anybody who has not visited the estate before. It is a beautiful Victorian red brick mansion set atop Osgood Hill in North Andover. Placed on the National Register of Historic Places, The Stevens Estate is one of the few remaining grand estates of the Victorian era in North America.
Holly Days Open House Weekend is the first Open House at the Stevens Estate under new director, Joanna Ouellette. The Stevens Estate is owned by the Town of North Andover.
