Why Go: This event is geared for the 50-year-old-plus crowd and is intended to introduce a variety of opportunities to stay healthy and fit.

Why Go: Treat your kids to a night of fun games and activities at the Andover SHED. Kids will also enjoy pizza and snacks along with the activities. All proceeds of the event go toward the Japanese Tsunami relief effort. Please call to RSVP by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 29th

Where/When: Fridays, 5-6 p.m. Whole Foods Market, 40 Railroad St.
Why Go: What better way to start off your weekend than by stopping by Whole Foods and sampling a variety of foods. All departments offer samples of their products on Foodie Fridays.

Why Go: Come join the fun for the annual Little League Baseball Opening Day parade this Saturday morning.

Why Go: Feel like being a part of something special? Well, here is your chance to literally help build a bridge for the community. The Andover Village Improvement Society is hoping to finish a footbridge through hiking trails in the Vale reservation. Park in the MBTA parking lot in Ballardvale.
