This weekend is the last for the Andover Farmers' Market this Season!
It’s Friday and we’ve got some ideas to help you plan a fun weekend but, at the same time, stay local. From an old fashion picinc to a cello recital, we are showcasing some enriching experiences this weekend for Andover Patch readers.

When and Where: Sunday, Oct. 9, 1 p.m., Serio’s Grove, off Lowell Junction Road in Ballardvale

Why Go: Join the Historical Society and friends for an old fashion picnic in the woods, complete with turn of the century live music, early 1900s games, and of course, a soft bed of pine needles to spread your blanket and eat lunch.

Why Go: Junko Simons and Steve Lantner are putting on a cello recital at Phillips Academy and will be playing music by Prokofiev, Schumann, Webern as well as their own improvisations.
