Giant Yard Sale in the Park on Saturday

The Department of Community Services has scheduled a giant yard sale in the park for this Saturday and the weather forecasts look as though it should be a favorbale day buyers and sellers at the event.

The Park, located at Chestnut Street and Bartlet Street, can house numerous tables and, therefore, lends itself for a yard sale/garage sale event.

The yard sale begins on Saturday, Oct. 15, at 8 a.m. and runs until 2 p.m. The rain date is Sunday, Oct. 16.

Staff at the DCS say that spots are still available and that those interested in renting a spot to sell can contact the DCS as 978-623-8277 or dcs@andoverma.gov. The cost for a 10-foot-wide spot is $10 and sellers must bring their own tables.
