Hit and Run Reported at CVS
The police logs for Thursday, May 5, contained one arrest and several small incidents.

The following are excerpts from the Andover Police log. The log is open to the public.
At 7:13 a.m. a caller reported a two-car accident with no injuries on Osgood Street. One driver was given a written warning for a marked lanes violation.
At 1:28 p.m. a caller reported that his car was broken into two nights ago on Crescent Drive.

At 1:33 p.m. police gave a verbal warning for texting while driving on River Road.
At 2:48 p.m. a hit and run was reported on Main Street. A caller reported that his vehicle was hit in the plaza on Main Street and the offender took off. A CVS employee took down the license plate number of the vehicle that hit the parked car.

At 6:15 p.m. police arrested Cory O. Michaud, 20, 4912 Bowers St., Nashua, N.H., on River Road. Michaud was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and receiving a stolen motor vehicle.
At 9:56 p.m. a gas odor was reported on Elm Street. Columbia Gas was notified.
