In Evan's Name: Bikers Ride for Veterans

The motorcycle ride and cookout raised money for veterans.

On Sunday, the roar of engines echoed tribute for Private First Class Evan O'Neill.

Assigned to 1st Battalion, 87th Infantry Regiment, 10th Mountain Division, O'Neill was 19 years old when he was killed by enemy fire in Shkin, Afghanistan, on Sept. 29, 2003.

His parents, Andover Fire Lt. Michael O'Neill and Barbara O'Neill, honor him through continued advocacy and fundraising for veterans and active troops.
