Lawrence Woman Charged with Drug Possession

Friday, Sept. 2

At 7:01 a.m. a caller reported that her motor vehicle was vandalized and items were stolen from it on Devonshire Place.

At 9:06 a.m. a sick skunk was reported on Lucerne Drive.

At 10:16 a.m. police arrested Jesse N. Bionelli, 23, of 1892 Andover St., Tewksbury, on Lowell Street. Bionelli was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, attaching wrong plates to a motor vehicle, an uninsured motor vehicle and an unregistered motor vehicle.

At 12:40 p.m. Dunkin Donuts reported a counterfeit $1 bill.

Saturday, Sept. 3

At 11:24 a.m. a loose German shepherd with no collar was reported loose on Vine Street.

At 12:51 p.m. school security reported a youth inside the High Plain Elementary School. He said he used to attend the school. Police spoke with the subject and sent him on his way.

At 3:30 p.m. police arrested Kristin Nicole Arthur, 86 Broadway St., Lawrence, on River Road. Arthur was charged with possession of a class B substance.

At 9:48 p.m. a caller reported that some of her property went missing from her apartment on Bulfinch Drive.

Sunday, Sept. 4

At 10:23 a.m. an officer reported a large tree that fell onto the sidewalk on Lowell Street. The Tree Department was notified.

At 1:35 p.m. a caller reported motorcycles racing up and down the street on Woodhaven Drive. An officer caught up with one motorcyclist and told him to slow down.

At 4:48 p.m. a caller reported that someone just stolen a “bunch” of musical instruments from his front yard on High Street. Nobody had witnessed the crime.

At 8:48 p.m. gunshots were reported on Chandler Road. An police sergeant reported hearing fireworks in the area.

At 11:59 p.m. police arrested Michael W. Davidson, 17, of 4 Brierwood Circle, on Essex Street. Davidson was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Monday, Sept. 5

At 1:53 p.m. police arrested Erick G. Maldonado, 41, 175 East Haverhill St., Lawrence, on Union Street. Maldonado was charged with a stop sign violation, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failure to wear a seat belt.

At 8:34 p.m. an employee at Dunkin Donuts reported a suspicious motor vehicle that is parked in their lot. The subject had been sleeping in the motor vehicle.
