Local Man Charged with Second OUI, Drug Possession

The following are excerpts from the log. The log is open to the public.
Friday, Nov. 18
- At 9 a.m. a larceny was reported on Burtt Road.
- At 1:38 p.m. a small brush fire was reported on the side of Interstate 93. The call came from Wilmington and the Fire Department there was already responding.
- At 3:25 p.m. a caller reported a motor vehicle accident with no injuries on North Main Street.

- At 12:46 a.m. police arrested George S. Davis, 22, of 50 Currier Way, Cheshire, C.T., on Foxhill Road. Davis was charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
- At 3:21 a.m. police arrested Justin Francis Schuurman, 22, 74 Salem St., Wilmington, on North Main Street. Schuurman was charged with receiving or buying a stolen motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, and operating under the influence of liquor.
- At 11:55 a.m. a resident reported vandalism to her motor vehicle on Washington Park Drive.
- At 12:44 p.m. police assisted the Fire Department with a brush fire on Stinson Road.
- At 6:04 p.m. police arrested Christopher R. Parsons, 28, of 29 Dufton Road, on North Main Street. Parsons was charged with operating under the influence of liquor, second offense, possession of a class A substance, and possession of a class E substance.
- At 10:40 p.m. police arrested Karen Norton, 38, of 47 Epping St., Arlington, on Campanelli Road. Norton was charged with assault and battery on a household member.
Sunday, Nov. 20
- At 4:09 a.m. police report a tree limb that took down a cable wire on Woburn Street.
- At 4:14 p.m. a caller reported a young male begging for change on Lowell Street.
