Man Found in the Library After Hours

Tuesday, Oct. 11
At 11:37 a.m. a walk-in visitor reported that her car was hit by a silver Altima while she was parrellel parking on Punchard Avenue.

At 12:42 p.m. the owner of reported a bad check on Bartlet Street.
At 5:29 p.m. a walk-in visitor reported that someone vandalized his car while parked at the high school on Shawsheen Road.

At 8:15 p.m. a Lockway Road resident reported that someone rang her doorbell and when she opened the door, there was just a brown bag on her mat. She shut the door and then the doorbell rang again. When she opened it, the brown bag was gone. An officer checked the area with no results.
At 10:37 p.m. a employee found a man in the library shortly after closing. He escorted the man out and informed the police. Police say that it was possible the library patron did not realize the library was closed.
