Man Reports Being Shot with Air Gun on North Street

The following are excerpts from the Andover Police log. The log is open to the public.
Saturday, Oct. 20
At 8:40 a.m. a caller on Greenwood Road reported that her car had a half tank of gas at night and when she woke up the next morning, the gas cap was open and the gas tank was nearly empty.

At 11:57 a.m. a caller reported that his daughter's phone was stolen at the House of Blues in Boston Saturday night. They tracked the phone to Nashua, N.H. Police advised them to call Boston Police.
At 4:16 p.m. police arrested Jose A Ylizaliturri, 54, of 23 Washington St., Apt. 1, Ayer, on North Main Street. Ylizaliturri was charged with shoplifting by concealing, third offense. Ylizaliturri was reported shoplifting from Andover Liquors. When he attempted to flee, police stopped him down the road.

Sunday, Oct. 21
At 1:18 a.m. the night manager at a Campanelli Drive hotel reported a large party in one of the rooms. An officer reports the party was spoken to and was broken up.
At 9:48 a.m. a caller from the Academy Manor on Morton Street reported possible jewelery stolen.
At 11:20 a.m. a caller from the YMCA reported two young boys who were driving an electric golf car at the YMCA.
At 1:57 p.m. a caller reported kids that shot him with a BB or pellet gun in the area of 132 North Street. He saw one of the kids with a rifle.
At 2:48 p.m. police arrested Meagan E. Johnson, 18, of 36 High Vale Lane, on High Vale Lane. Johnson was charged with resisting arrest and assault and battery on a household member.
At 3:37 p.m. police arrested Daniel Jimenez, 17, of 500 C Brookside Drive, on North Street. Jimenez was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
At 6:50 p.m. a larceny from a motor vehicle was reported on Lowell Street. An employee at the Ninety Nine restaurant reported that a patron's vehicle's window was smashed while the patron was inside.
At 10:04 p.m. a caller reported that someone just damaged his mailbox as they drove by on Porter Road.
