NH Resident Charged with Possession of Class A

Thursday, March 21

At 7:42 a.m. police arrested Aldrin D. Ocampo Jr., 23, of 29 Cork St., Lowell, on Acord Drive. Ocampo was charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license, operating a motor vehicle with no registration in possession, no inspection sticker, revoked registration, attaching wrong plates to a motor vehicle and an uninsured motor vehicle.

At 6:06 p.m. a caller reported a two car accident with no injuries on Greenwood Road.

At 9:04 p.m. a caller reported that her pocket book was stolen from her parked car sometime last evening on Jenkins Road. 

Friday, March 22

At 8:05 a.m. a caller reported that his son's motor vehicle was vandalized sometime overnight on Chandler Road. 

At 1:27 p.m. a caller reported that someone driving a vehicle near him on Powder Mill Square almost hit him with his car. An officer was set to speak to the other party. 

At 1:58 p.m. police arrested Dineen M. Butler, 29, of 25 Greenview Dr., Apt. 11, Manchester, N.H., on River Road. Butler was charged with possession of a class A substance, subsequent offense and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense. 

At 2:43 p.m. a caller reported that her mailbox was vandalized on Mohawk Road. 

At 2:44 p.m. a caller reported that her daughter and her boyfriend were at her home on Cuba Street and they were not allowed to be there. Police arrested both and charged both with breaking and entering, daytime felony. Dustin R. Cole, 26, of 4 Rollins Road, Wilmington, and Meghan Marie Dowgiallo, 19, of 14 Cube St., Andover were the two individual involved.

Saturday, March 23

At 12:39 a.m. a caller reported a female that threatened two males at an business Lupine Road.

At 9:29 a.m. a caller reported two dogs on the loose on Stevens Street.

At 1:36 p.m. a caller reported seeing a motorist toss a nip bottle out of his car window and hit another vehicle on Essex Street.
