No Injuries Reported in Motorcycle Vs. Turkey Accident
The police logs for Saturday, April 23 and Sunday, April 24 contained one arrested and several small incidents.

The following are excerpts from the Andover Police log. The log is open to the public.
Saturday, April 23
- At 9:14 a.m. a larceny from a motor vehicle was reported on Old River Road. A Salem, N.H., resident said that someone had broken into his truck and stole a basketball and loose change.
- At 9:40 a.m. threats that were made over the phone were reported on Shattuck Road.
- At 3:17 p.m. a possible chimney fire was reported on Pine Street. The Fire Department was able to handle the incident.
- At 10:53 p.m. someone kept ringing a doorbell on Bellevue Road and running away. An officer responded and did not find anybody in the area.
- At 11:50 p.m. police arrested Meghan M. Dowgiallo, 17, of 14 Cuba St., Andover, on Red Spring Road. Dowgiallo was charged with operating under the influence of liquor and leaving the scene of property damage.
Sunday, April 24

- At 1:04 a.m. a noise complaint was reported on Post Office Avenue. An officer spoke with the party and the music was turned down.
- At 11:54 a.m. a motor vehicle accident was reported on Route 125 and Salem Street involving a motorcycle versus a turkey. Police report that the turkey walked into the motorcyclist’s path and caused a collision. No injuries were reported.
- At 1:20 p.m. a Jenkins Road resident reported that someone had tried to break into their mobile storage container on their property. An officer reports that nothing was stolen.
