One Charged with Intent to Distribute Pot

Wednesday, Sept. 21

At 7:09 a.m. a caller reported that two cars were broken into last night on River Street.

At 7:20 a.m. a caller reported that three cars were broken into overnight on Tilton Lane.

At 7:51 a.m. a caller reported a two-car crash with no injuries on Dascomb Road.

At 4:45 p.m. police arrested Jackson C. Mace, 20, of 54 Elm St., on Highland Road. Mace was charged with speeding, a number plate violation, possession of a class D substance (marijuana) with intent to distribute and possession of a controlled substance in, on or near a school or playground.

At 6:25 p.m. police arrested Nancy Favreau, 48, of 22 Pleasant St., on Pleasant Street. Favreau was charged with assault and battery on a household member and assault with a dangerous weapon.

At 10:14 p.m. police arrested Christopher J. Lundgren, 17, of 6 Buchan Drive, on Buchan Drive. Lundgren was charged with assault and battery on a household member.
