Past Murders in Andover's History
Before the double homicide on Wednesday, Andover had not had a murder in nine years.

The discovered in an Orchard Crossing mansion Wednesday morning has sent chills throughout the community. But the last time Andover dealt with a murder, the circumstances were equally troubling.
According to Lt. James Hashem, the most recent murder in Andover's history was in the spring of 2002. A woman was murdered and left for dead on the side of Route 125.
However, perpetrators had burned the woman's body before leaving her on the side of the busy roadway that travels through Harold Parker State forest.
