Phillips Academy Andover On GBH's 'High School Quiz Show' Saturday
Phillips will face Acton-Boxborough on season 14 of the show. Find out when the previously-taped episode will air.
ANDOVER, MA — Students from Phillips Academy Andover will face off against Acton-Boxborough on Saturday on the 14th season of GBH's "High School Quiz Show."
The previously-taped match will air at 6 p.m. on GBH 2 and on the High School Quiz Show YouTube channel.
The winner of Saturday's match will go on to the quarterfinal — to be aired on April 29 — where it will face the winner of Buckingham Browne & Nichols School vs. Shrewsbury, which will be aired on April 1.

"High School Quiz Show" features four-person teams from around Massachusetts. This year marks the first time since before the pandemic that the show has been taped in person. Emmy award-winning television and radio personality Billy Costa hosts the show.
"'High School Quiz Show' remains a cherished showcase for the academic rigor, integrity and perseverance embodied by high school students from all corners of the state," said Hillary Wells, GBH executive producer.
