Plastic Bin Hazards and School Bus Brawl

The following are excerpts from the Andover Police log. The log is open to the public.
Saturday, Sept. 28
At 12:42 a.m., a 911 caller reported that two males were standing in the road on Lowell Street, throwing recycling bins into the roadway.
At 12:27 p.m., a caller on Reservation Road reported that two small boys were missing. The boys came home shortly afterwards.
At 4:12 p.m., state police requested help handling an assault on a school bus at the I-93 ramp near Route 133. One girl had lacerations and a swollen arm but refused emergency medical treatment.
Sunday, Sept. 29
At 2:50 p.m., a caller on South Main Street reported that her husband was trying to assault her. Sean O'Brien, 47, of 378 South Main St., Andover, was charged with assault and battery of a household member.
At 3:41 p.m., a caller reported a possible drug transaction in a parking lot on North Main Street.
