Police Arrest Four Over the Weekend

The following information was supplied by the Andover Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

The following are excerpts from the log. The log is open to the public.

Friday, Oct. 7

  • At 9:36 a.m. a Partridge Hill Road resident reported a scam to police.
  • At 6:15 p.m. a caller reported a man urinating in the area of an ATM on Main Street.
  • At 6:32 p.m. illegal dumping was reported on Shawsheen Road. A caller reported that a Dumpster was filled completely with tires.

  • 8:12 a.m. police arrested Manuel Octavio Saiteros Montero, 35, of 86 Ames St., Lawrence, on North Main Street. Montero was charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding.
  • At 11:23 a.m. the YMCA reported that a YMCA van was vandalized sometime overnight on Haverhill Street.
  • At 2:35 p.m. a dog bite was reported on Starwood Crossing. The man bitten did not need an ambulance.
  • At 7:10 p.m. police arrested Nancy D. Landry, 47, of 10 North Boylston St., Lawrence, on Haggetts Pond Road. Landry was charged with a marked lanes violation, failure to grant right of way at an intersection and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, second offense.
  • At 10:34 p.m. police arrested Maryanne Manozzi, 49, 10 Blood Road, on Andover Street. Manozzi was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor.

Sunday, Oct. 9

  • At 1:21 a.m. police arrested David M Linda, 28, of 7665 Linda Road, North Syracuse, N.Y., on Essex Street. Linda was charged with disorderly conduct. A call was received earlier about a dispute in front of Andolini’s Restaurant.
  • At 6:08 a.m. a caller reported a man walking naked on the roadway on Pleasant Street.
  • At 9:19 a.m. a caller reported that someone hit a mailbox with a motor vehicle last night on Bellevue Road.
  • At 10:56 p.m. a caller reported that someone hit a telephone pole on Central Street. National Grid was notified.
