Police Arrest Four Over the Weekend

The following information was supplied by the Andover Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

The following are excerpts from the Andover Police log. The log is open to the public.

Friday, March 29

At 1:57 p.m. police arrested Nelson Palma, 25, of 273 South Broadway St., Lawrence, on River Road. Palma was charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, attaching wrong plates to a motor vehicle, an uninsured motor vehicle and an unregistered motor vehicle.

At 2:35 p.m. police arrested Kevin Sennott, 22, of 54Wing Boulevard, Sandwich, on Elm Street. Sennott was arrested on outstanding votes for relief.

At 4:19 p.m. police arrested Carlos Gonzalez, 35, of 4 Inmen St., Apt. 6, on Haverhill Street. Gonzalez was charged with a revoked registration, operating with a revoked license and an uninsured trailer.

Saturday, March 30

At 2:30 a.m. police arrest Kristen M. Abdulia, 26, of 51 Osgood St., Apt. 10R, on River Road. Abdulia was charged with operating under the influence of liquor and an equipment violation. 

At 3:34 a.m. an employee at the La Quinta Inn on River Road reported a group of 6 kids that were hanging around the property. The kids were gone on the arrival of an officer.

At 12:38 p.m. a caller reported a stolen check on Elm Street.

At 2:04 p.m. a caller reported a minor motor vehicle accident with no injuries on Park Street. 

At 3:06 p.m. a caller reported a sewage pipe that was leaking into the roadway. The Water Department was notified.
