Police Report Break in High Tension Wires
The police logs for Tuesday, June 28, contained several small incidents.

The following are excerpts from the Andover Police log. The log is open to the public.
At 8:15 a.m. a two-car motor vehicle accident was reported on River Road. No personal injury was reported.
At 9:23 a.m. a Flint Circle resident reported harassment.

At 10:07 a.m. a turtle in the roadway was reported on Riverina Road. The animal control officer reported that the turtle was moved.
At 11:10 a.m. police reported a two-car accident on North Main Street. No personal injury was reported.

At 2:44 p.m. police reported that a bracket came loose from high-tension wires on River Road and now a “bundle” has let go and is on the ground. National Grid was notified and responded.
At 3:07 p.m. a clerk at the River Road reported a male and a female that appeared to be high and were buying baking soda. Police could not locate the individuals.
At 3:31 p.m. a caller reported a dispute with movers on Colonial Drive and claimed that the movers are threatening to drive off with all of his stuff. An officer reported this as a civil issue.
