ANDOVER, MA — Americans will elect the 45th President of the United States in 2016, and psychic medium Kelle Sutliff is predicting that Donald Trump will come out on top.

Sutliff made the prediction, along with a number of other predictions, three weeks before the terrorist attacks in November in Paris.

The mother of three teenagers, said she thinks Trump will select a running mate from the current slate of Republican candidates, “And they will sweep into office.”

Sutliff also predicts that there will be something significant that will come up during year for Democrat Hillary Clinton, who is also running for president.

“There is too much scandal around Hillary Clinton,” Sutliff said. “Monkeys come out of the barrel.” She predicts that the scandal will have something to do with the 2012 Benghazi attack for which Clinton has faced criticism from Republicans.

Sutliff, who lives in Andover, has been a psychic medium for more than 15 years, is a missing person consultant, and hosted radio show “Psychic Cup of Coffee for several years. She is the author of “Listen Up! The Other Side is Talking.” She also contributed to “Pearls of Wisdom: 30 Inspirational Ideas to Live Your Best Life Now!”, along with Jack Canfield and other writers.

“Not all psychics are mediums, and not all mediums are psychics,” Sutliff said. She said the difference between psychics and mediums is that psychics do their work based upon intuition, and mediums do their work based on information given from loved ones in the afterlife.

Sutliff said she first noticed her uncanny gift when she was a little girl, and her grandmother, who had passed away, began coming to her in dreams.

“I thought that’s how everybody dreamt,” Sutliff said.

She soon began making predictions. Raised Irish-Catholic, her mother strongly suggested that she keep her thoughts to herself.

Fast forward to when she was 33, and a young mom with three children under the age of 3.

“My life was crazy,” she said. “But I decided to pursue this psychic thing.”

Once she made her decision to embrace her gift and after years of holding her gift in check, Sutliff said, “I’m not kidding, the floodgates came open again.”

The young mother began exploring all the possibilities, and then started an intense course of study. Soon after, she began doing readings, and working as a medium. Her career evolved, and she enjoyed being the host of a radio show for three years until the station she was on switched to an all-jazz format, she said. About six years ago, she began working as a consultant on cold cases.

“As a psychic medium, it’s a blessing, but can also be challenging,” Sutliff said. “I forward my information to people I trust.”

Sutliff went out on the prediction limb again with another national prediction for the New Year.

“Congress finally gets along,” Sutliff wrote. “Congress likes the new edge of players on board, and the government comes together. This ticket crosses the aisle for new changes and leadership in governing for the first time in four years.”

Sutliff also made international and local predictions for 2016.

Internationally, she sees Africa in chaos at some point in the New Year, and she sees an attack on a hotel in India.

“Watch for a hotel in India with lots of yellow in it…,” Sutliff said. “Diplomat conventions take place there, and terrorists will try to attack it.”

On a more upbeat note, Sutliff predicts advancements in cancer research with breakthroughs in breast and prostate cancers.

Closer to home, Sutliff is predicting a second term for Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker. She is also predicting some significant high-tide storms for the state.

So, does the psychic medium make New Year’s resolutions?

“I’m a big believer in setting resolutions,” Sutliff said.

And when you write resolutions, the psychic medium advises that you write them down, and always write in the present.

For example, instead of writing, “i hope to lose 10 pounds,” Sutliff said, write, “I am in a Size 8…. I am financially sound, money is showering around me, I am in my new house by March 15. Be very specific, give a roadmap to the universe.”
