Question: How Do I Know When My Child Needs Braces

This one is easy. Just ask your CHILD'S dentist. That dentist should tell you if and when a child needs braces. Since some issues change as more mature teeth come in ( like 12-year-old molars) there is no exact age.  Some 12-year-old molars are in at 10 years of age or 14.
