Salvatore's Restaurant Opens in Downtown Andover

After much anticipation Salvatore's Restaurant has finally opened in its newest location at 34 Park St. in Andover.

The new restaurant features a 140-seat dining area, 20-seat bar and a separate area for take-out. Salvatore's boasts an "authentic Italian cuisine featuring locally sustainable products and quality ingredients like buffalo mozzarella from Campania, artisan cheeses and hand-crafted pastas."

The restaurant's cuisine will be overseen by Salvatore’s Corporate Chef Victor Paone. 

"The new menu is an exciting, fresh take on Italian food and features all the classics plus dishes with a modern twist. It’s everything you expect from a quality Italian restaurant plus some things that will surprise you,” said Paone.

The Andover location is the fifth Salvatore's Restaurant to open in the Boston area. Salvatore's operates establishments in Boston's Theatre District, Boston's Waterfront, Medford Square and Lawrence.

Salvatore's will be celebrating a grand opening on Monday, Nov. 26 and will offer "buy, one get one free" entrees. 

The location is now open to the general public Monday to Thursday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Bar to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., Bar to 12 a.m. Sunday 12 p.m. to 10 p.m., Bar to 11 p.m.
