See 'Kirtan with Ravi & the Solar Dynasty Band' on Locke Street

Stop by Locke Street this Friday to have a unique musical experience involving bhakti yoga, oh...and hopefully some bliss.

The Unitarian Universalist Church is hosting Kirtan with Ravi & the Solar Dynasty Band on Friday, April 5 at 7 p.m., an all-ages, free event. 

Here's what they say about it in the Andover Patch Event Listing:

"Join us for an evening of Kirtan, the bhakti yoga practice of devotional chanting and sacred music. This will be a heart opening, meditative, blissful and fun evening for all ages."

"Ravi will lead on harmonium and guitar, joined by Lisa Desrosiers on vocals and harmonium, Martha Williamson on tanpura and drums and other special guests. Donations gratefully accepted for this event."
