Two Phillips Academy students are showing their support for the victims of the Boston Marathon bombings by raising funds with a run from the Marathon finish line to the Andover private school.
In an impressive showing of support and commitment, two girls from Phillips Academy will be running the distance from the Copley Square Boston Marathon finish line all the way to Phillips Academy.
According to Amy LaMarche, Phillips Academy students Peyton McGovern and Olivia LaMarche will be making the roughly 22-mile relay run in order to raise funds for the One Fund Boston. The run is taking place today, Sunday, April 28.
They plan to finally arrive at the Main Street campus somewhere between 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m.
