At Dr. Marinel McGrath's annual review by the School Committee, they praised her  for an "exceptional" job moving the district forward, <a href="http://www.eagletribune.com/local/x2004678963/Andover-school-chief-gets-1-percent-raise" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">according to the Eagle Tribune.</a> McGrath received a strong performance review last year but did not receive a raise because increases for her and other school administrators were not included in the fiscal 2012 budget.
