Health care, Clown Town and foreclosures surrounding activity this week. Check out the articles and more in the Week in Review. 

1.  - Senator Barry Finegold held a listening forum last weekend at the Memorial Hall Library in Andover to address the high cost of health care in the state. Among the general public , many health professionals attended the event to talk about the finer details of why health care costs so much in Massachusetts. 
2.  - Clown Turn, the annual festival at the  Park in Andover, celebrated the 55th running of the event filled with rides, games, candy and prizes. The rain held off long enough to allow for undisturbed enjoyment at the special event. 
3.  - The US Census population numbers for 2010 are in and Andover, like other communities, will need to begin the process of redrawing the voting precinct maps to align with new population figures. 
4. - The Warren Group recently announced that foreclosure activity has decreased in Massachusetts compared to this time last year. Andover foreclosure activity has gone down significantly, far above the state averages.  
5.  - The Essex County District Attorney announced Friday that Andover Police were instrumental in solving a 23-year-old aggravated rape case using DNA evidence.
