Notice of Downtown Street Closures on Friday, December 9th for Holiday Happening. The Town of Andover is excited to bring back Holiday Happenings on Friday, December 9th from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Streets will begin to close in the downtown area at 3:00 p.m. and will remain closed until approximately 9:30 p.m. The map below highlights the streets that will be closed for the event. Additional traffic can be expected in downtown neighborhoods beginning in the early afternoon and lasting throughout the evening. Motorists traveling in the area should adjust their speed and be extra cautious of pedestrians.
