Town Of Andover: Overnight Water Main Work - Elm Street Area

On the nights of Wednesday, December 15th,  the Town's contractor will continue water main work on Elm Street. This will include a water main shutdown of Elm Street (#1-28), #1 Elm Square, Elm Court, and Chickering Court (#5-7) (see attached map) from 10:00 pm to 5:00 am (OVERNIGHT). The construction may cause some adjustment in driving patterns; there may be detours and delays. Emergency vehicles will not be prevented from responding to their calls.
