Thursday, Sept. 29
At 4:11 a.m. police arrested a 36-year-old Andover resident. She was charged with assault and battery on a household member. The charges were later dropped.

At 8:55 a.m. a caller reported a two-car accident on Route 133 with possible injuries.
At 11:50 a.m. police arrested Jospeh M. Bowman, 34, of 55 Summer St., Haverhill, on North Main Street. Bowman was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense.

At 1:56 p.m. Andover Police assisted Wilmington in searching for a breaking and entering subject.
At 7:36 p.m. a caller reported a manhole cover that was lifted up and water was pouring up and out of it. Police placed the cover back on the manhole.
At 9:10 p.m. police arrested Kenneth E. Hoff, 52, of 100 Washington Park Drive. Hoff was charged with assault and battery on a household member.
