I-93 Northbound Crash In Andover Cleared

Traffic was backed up for about two miles from the area of exit 42 early Wednesday afternoon.

ANDOVER, MA — The traffic jam on Interstate 93 Northbound in Andover has been cleared, as of 1 p.m. Wednesday.

Two travel lanes were closed on Interstate 93 Northbound in Andover due to a jack-knifed truck in the early afternoon. Traffic was backed up for about 2 miles from the crash near Exit 42/River Road as of 12:25 p.m., according to Google Maps.

The scene has been cleared and all lanes are reopened, as of 12:55 p.m., the Massachusetts Department of Transportation said.
