Vehicle Gets Unwanted Paint Job

Friday, Oct. 14

At 1:36 a.m. the Fire Department responded to a call regarding stove fire on North Main Street. Fire officials said that there was no fire and handled the minor incident.

At 7:05 a.m. a caller reported a three-car crash with possible injuries on River Road.

At 10:34 a.m. a caller reported that someone attempted to break into her apartment on Brookside Drive. Police filed the incident as vandalism.

At 2:26 p.m. a wire on the side of the road was reported on High Plain Road.

At 4:46 p.m. a shoplifter was reported stealing cosmetics on Main Street.

At 6:21 p.m. a two car crash with no injuries was reported on North Main Street.

Saturday, Oct. 15

At 3:14 a.m. police arrested Matthew J. O’Donnell, 20, of 131 Hudson St., Somerville, on Burke Road. O’Donnell was charged with possession of liquor for a person under 21 and disorderly conduct in a public area.

At 3:40 a.m. police arrested Patrick N. Melo, 20, of 57 Boston Ave., Somerville, on Burke Road. Melo was charged with possession of liquor for a person under 21 and disorderly conduct in a public area.

At 9:18 a.m. gunshots were reported on the area of Granli Drive. Police believe it may have been coming from the Tewksbury Rod and Gun Club.

At 9:22 a.m. a caller reported that paint was poured on her Honda civic on Chestnut Street.

At 4:23 p.m. police arrested Humberto Medina-Perez, 39, of 2 Trafalgar Drive, on York Street. Medina-Perez was charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and an equipment violation.

At 6:20 p.m. a caller reported that someone broke into his parents’ shed on Lowell Street.

Sunday, Oct. 16

At 2:51 a.m. police arrested Steven K. Proia, 26, of 46 Pond St., Waltham, on Fox Hill Road. Proia was charged with disorderly conduct.

At 11:39 a.m. police stopped a motor vehicle operator on Lowell Street and eventually wrote him a citation for possession of marijuana.

At 3:31 p.m. police arrested Ralph Bledsoe, 50, of 2 Breechin Terrace. Bledsoe was charged with shoplifting by asportation.
