Video Game Spat and Identity Theft

The following are excerpts from the Andover Police log. The log is open to the public.
Monday, July 8
At 7:32 p.m., a caller reported that her cell phone was stolen at Andover High School.
At 9 p.m., a caller requested an officer speak to his neighbor after she yelled at his son for making fun of her son about a video game. Police spoke with both neighbors.
Tuesday, July 9
At 1:39 p.m., someone reported a possible domestic dispute on High Street. It was a verbal dispute and everyone left.
At 2:24 p.m., a caller reported an elderly man walking into traffic on North Main Street. It turned out the man was just waiting for the bus.
At 1:32 p.m., Conception Cabrera, 48, of 83 West St. Apt. 3, Lawrence, was charged with Identity Fraud.
