Weather-wise, the week is expected to be cool, with temperatures in the mid-50s throughout the week. And it looks like we may see some rain Thursday and Friday.
On Monday, the Andover Cultural Council will meet at 7 p.m. at Town Hall.
The School Committee will meet Tuesday at 6 p.m. at the School Administration Building.
On Wednesday, the Department of Community Services will host "Too Cute to Spook," a Halloween party for the whole family, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at Old Town Hall.
Halloween is Thursday, and Andover Trick-or-Treat is from 5 to 7 p.m.
