Weather-wise, we're off to a cold start this week, with temperatures expected to be in the 40s Monday and Tuesday. But then it could be in the 60s by Wednesday, with rain midweek.
The Board of Selectmen will meet Monday at 7 p.m. at Town Hall. Topics discussed will include traffic signs on Blanchard Street and the 2014 Town Meeting calendar.
Also on Tuesday, the Andover Garden Club will present a floral design program, "Balsam and Bling," at 10 a.m. at South Church. Floral designer Bill
Graham will present a unique program of holiday floral designs that complement Coco Chanel-inspired fashion accessories.
On Thursday, Flamenco Vivo will perform at 7:30 p.m. at the Rogers Center for the Performing Arts at Merrimack College. In celebration of its 30th anniversary, the company will feature an all-star cast of Spanish dancers and musicians in newly created pieces and reconstruct an early work by co-founder Roberto Lorca, Luz y Sombra.
On Saturday, Creative Living Inc. will present their 9th Annual Holiday Faire at 10 a.m. at Andover Country Club.
