Woman Reports Coyote Was Following Her on Burnham Road

Monday, Oct. 22
At 8:25 a.m. a caller reported vandalism to his fence on Wabanaki Way.

At 1:38 p.m. an officer reported a utility pole that is rotted in the middle and appears to be ready to fall. National Grid was notified.
At 9:54 p.m. a two-car accident on River Road with air bag deployment. Injuries were reported.

Tuesday, Oct. 23
At 2:39 a.m. North Reading reported four horses loose near Jenkins Road. Andover Police contacted a local horse owner but said that they were not his horses.
At 4:40 p.m. a caller reported a coyote following her in the soccer fields on Burnham Road. The caller was concerned about the safety of the children. An officer searched for the coyote but did not see it.
At 4:49 p.m. a caller reported someone dumping tar at the High Street dump. An officer did not see anybody at the dump upon arrival.
