Some Arlington Services Going Offline For IT Department Move
Some phone, email and online payment services, as well as the APS website, will be offline starting Friday.

ARLINGTON, MA — Arlington's Facilities and Information Technology (IT) departments will move out of the high school this weekend to their new location at Public Works, 51 Grove Street.
During the move, some phone, email and online payment services, as well as the Arlington Public Schools website, will be offline.
Work will begin Friday, Jan. 14 at 4 p.m. and end by the start of business on Tuesday, Jan. 18.

Services unavailable during the move:
- Phone calls to all Town and School buildings
- Emails to all Town and School buildings, except library
- Arlington Public School website (arlington.k12.ma.us)
- Water/Sewer online payments and bill look up - starting on Jan. 13 at 7 p.m.

The IT Department plans to have the data center fully operational before the start of the business day on Tuesday, Jan. 18 (Monday is a holiday). The department also would like to thank staff and residents for their patience while they make this necessary move.
