Town Of Arlington: Dog License Renewal Reminder

The law requires all dogs six months old or over to be licensed in Arlington annually as of January 1st. If your dog is not yet licensed please be advised that you could be cited for a failure to license your dog. The grace period to renew without penalty ends March 11, 2022. Renewals after this date are subject to a late fee of $25.00. Dog owners who miss a year are subject to additional fines. Registered dog owners who provided an email for license notification should have received an email from the Clerk’s Office already. If you did not, or are registering your dog for the first time, you can view this information and a renewal form. Additional information about dog ownership in Arlington may be found at arlingtonma.gov/dogs.
