Town Of Arlington: Town Bylaw And Zoning Bylaw Changes Approved By Attorney General

The Attorney General has approved Town Bylaw and Zoning Bylaw changes that were voted on by Annual Town Meeting earlier this year.  Residents can review the text of the changes which will go into effect on October 14, 2021.  Paper copies are available from the Town Clerk on request.

There is brief explanation of the changes to the Town Bylaws with links to the correct section of the bylaw.
 
Article 14 (Gutters in Historic Districts) and Article 15 (Domestic Partnerships) are still under review.  The Town has granted the Attorney General an additional extension. We will have a ruling on these two articles by December 27, 2021.
