Attleboro Police Log: Assault of Disabled
Nine arrests are reported for the period covering July 23-26.

The reported the following recent arrests (an arrest does not indicate a conviction):
July 23
- *11:08 a.m. Alex Arelo Nunes, 22, of Seekonk was arrested on Collins Street on suspicion of drinking alcohol from an open container in a motor vehicle, improper operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. He was also accused of a motor vehicle equipment violation and having no inspection sticker on the vehicle.
- 12:23 p.m. Roby Hagan, 46, of Attleboro was arrested at 217 South Main St. on suspicion of shoplifting.
- 3:18 p.m. Kevin Murphy, 34, of Providence was arrested on Collins Street on a warrant and on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with a license revoked as a habitual traffic offender, shoplifting and receiving stolen property. He was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
- 10:23 p.m. Willie Lee Perry, 21, of Attleboro was arrested at 645 South Main St. on suspicion of two counts of assault battery, assault and battery of a disabled person older than 60 with an injury, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and defacing property.

- 2:06 p.m. Rebecca L. Handrigan, 29, of Pawtucket was arrested at 287 Washington St. on suspicion of shoplifting and operating an uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle.
July 25
- 11:06 a.m. Richard Lawrence Blandin, 69, of Berkley was arrested on East Street on suspicion of accosting/annoying a person of the opposite sex and disturbing the peace.
July 26

- 5:38 p.m. Angie J. Limburg, 36, of Chepachet was arrested at 80 County St. on a warrant. She was charged with operating an uninsured motor vehicle or trailer.
- 5:56 p.m. Sandra L. Beaman, 30, of Attleboro was arrested on Railroad Avenue on a warrant. She was charged with failure to attend jury duty.
- 6:53 p.m. Elias Santos-Ramos, 30, a homeless man, was arrested on a warrant. He was charged with assault and battery.
*The time indicates when the person was booked at the Attleboro police station.
