Breaking and Entering and Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon

The following represents Attleboro arrests between June 24 and June 27
June 24
- *2:00p.m. Paul Tibbetts, 27, of North Attleborough was arrested at 110 N. Main St. for suspicion of shoplifting.
- 4:35 a.m. Alex Patterson, 17, of Coventry. was arrested at 75 Thatcher Brook Cir. for suspicion of disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, resisting arrest, receiving stolen property and breaking and entering.
- 1:38 p.m. Joshua Noury, 30, of Providence was arrested at 628 Washington St. for suspicion of shoplifting and a warrant.
- 5:36 p.m. Justin Deavellar, 34, of 22 Oakhill Ave. Apt. 2 was arrested at 947 Park St. for suspicion of operating with a suspended license, no inspection sticker, an uninsured motor vehicle/trailer, operating with a suspended registration and number plate violation to conceal ID.
- 8:51 p.m. Elizabeth Haviland, 25, of 246 Steere St. was arrested at Park St. for suspicion of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and no inspection sticker.
- 2:49 a.m. Alicia Smith, 35, of 23 Country Rd. was arrested at 12 Carpenter Ave for suspicion of assault and battery
- 5:54 a.m. George Mozart, 31, of 343 Brown St. was arrested at 241 Washington St. for suspicion of an uninsured motor vehicle/trailer, operating with a suspended registration and on a warrant for assaunt and battery with a dangerous weapon.
- 2:26 p.m. Emmanuel Rios, 17, of Stoughton was arrested at 216 South Main St for suspicion of assault and battery, disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.
- 6:30 p.m. Emanuel Stantiago-Ortiz, 29, of 41A Dunham St. was arrested at Bank St. for suspicion of disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, resisting arrest and Class D drug possession to distrubute.
- 12:52 p.m. John Deforest Jr., 50, of North Attleborough was arrested at 814 Read St. for suspicion of assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, intimidating a witness, and defacing property.
