Dangerous Weapon, Violating Drug Law, and Shoplifting

The following information about recent local arrests and charges was supplied by the Attleboro Police Department. An arrest and/or charge does not indicate a conviction.

The following represents arrests between August 2 and September 4.

Sept. 2

  • *10:07 a.m. Nathaniel Dossantos, 28, of Pawtucket R.I. was arrested at 444 Washington St. for suspicion of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Sept. 3
  • 4:07 a.m. Christopher Redlund, 29, was arrested at Alder St. for suspicion of breaking and entering at nighttime, possessing a burglarious instrument, and receiving stolen property.
  • 4:23 a.m. Raphael Torres, 23, was arrested at Alder St. for suspicion of breaking and entering at nighttime, carrying a dangerous weapon, and receiving stolen property.
  • 3:15 p.m. James Gattoni, 49, of 165 Oakdale St. was arrested at his home for suspicion of domestic assault and battery and intimidating a witness.
  • 6:52 p.m. Ryan Robertson, 18, of 7 Hope St. Apt. 3 was arrested at Peck St.  for suspicion of possession of a class D substance and conspiracy to violate a drug law.
Sept. 4
  • 12:10 a.m. Michael Wieners, 24, of Chelsea was arrested at Davis Cir. for suspicion of possession of a Class D substance.
  • 12:29 a.m. Zhen Qiu, 28, of Charlestown was arrested at Davis Cir. for suspicion of possession to distribute a Class D substance.
  • 12:42 a.m. Wei Xie, 27, of Portland OR, was arrested at Davis Cir. for suspicion of possession to distribute a Class D substance.
  • 12:50 p.m. Amilcar Salguero, 36, of 52 James St. Apt. 3F was arrested at Halko Dr. for suspicion of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding.
  • 8:05 p.m. Jaelle Paul, 24, of Pawtucket RI was arrested at 1130 Newport Ave. for suspicion of shoplifting
