Disturbing the Peace and Assault and Battery on a Police Officer
The following information about recent local arrests and charges was supplied by the Attleboro Police Department. An arrest and/or charge does not indicate a conviction.

The following represents arrests between July 6 and July 7.
July 6
- *7:21 p.m. Kathleen Flagg, 39, of Mansfield was arrested at Dunham St. on a warrant.
- 8:48 p.m. Paul Vartian, 56, of N. Providence was arrested at 628 Washington St. for suspicion of assault and battery on a police officer, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, and an open container in a motor vehicle.
- 9:25 p.m. Shawn Parham, 29, of Boston was arrested at 41 Emory St. for suspicion of disturbing the peace and domestic assault and battery.
- 10:51 p.m. Amy Shireman, 42, of 506 S. Main St. was arrested at 1123 Oakhill Ave for suspicion of OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of property damage.
- 2:18 a.m. Eileen Famiglietti, 43, of Seekonk was arrested at South Main St. for suspicion of OUI Liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
- 4:05 a.m. Smantha Moriarty, 25, of 47 Allenson Ave. was arrested at 237 Washington St. for suspicion of disturbing the peace, resisting arrest, assault and battery on a police officer, and disorderly conduct.
- 6:41 p.m. Tanya Blanchette, 36, of 110 Zoar Ave was arrested at her home for suspicion of disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, resisting arrest, domestic assault and battery and assault and battery on a police officer.
