Jeff Haven was diagnosed with a terminal illness. A benefit concert will be held at the Elks Lodge this weekend.

Submitted to Attleboro Patch:

The Attleboro Elks Lodge, 887 South Main St., will host a benefit concert from 1 to 6 p.m., this Saturday, to help raise money for the family of Jeff Haven, who is battling a terminal illness.

Jeff was diagnosed with Stage 4 Melanoma three years ago and has been battling the disease, but is currently unable to work due to the side effects of treatment.  He has two young children, and the benefit will raise money for treatments to extend his life and also help the family with  household expenses. The family hopes that many community members will come out and enjoy a great day of food, live rock and blues music, while helping a local family in need.
