Larceny, Fugitive from Justice and Drug Possession

The following represents arrests between August 19 and August 22.

August 19

• *9:36 a.m. Elias Santos-Ramos, 31, of Boston was arrested at 508 Washington St. on a warrant and charged with larceny from a building.
• 1:28 p.m. John Marks, 42, of Cumberland, RI was arrested in Cranston on a warrant and charged with larceny over $250.
• 2:16 p.m. Francis Culhane, 37, of 49 Dennis St. Apt. C was arrested at 88 N. Main St. for suspicion of violating an abuse prevention order.
• 10:06 p.m. Ramon Acevedo, 30, of Blackstone was arrested at 69 Garden St. for suspicion of domestic assault and battery.

August 20

• 4:48 p.m. Kevin Allard, 30, of 40 Hebron Ave. was arrested at 1000 Oakhill Ave. on a warrant and charged with defacing property.
• 6:09 p.m. Kevin Ramirez, 25, of Seekonk was arrested at 35 Parker St. for suspicion of possession of a Class E substance.

August 21

• 10:41 a.m. Raymond Ellinwood, 42, of West Warwick, RI was arrested in Cranston on a warrant and charged with shoplifting.
• 7:29 p.m. Elias Santos-Ramos, 31, of Boston was arrested at 366 Washington St. on a warrant and charged with trespassing.

August 22

• 12:47 p.m. Daniel Kinney, 47, of 9 Highland St. was arrested at his home for suspicion of domestic assault and battery
• 3:11 p.m. Jacqueline Santos, 30, of Franklin was arrested at 1110 Newport Ave. for suspicion of larceny over $250 and shoplifting
• 5:43 p.m. Kai Jackson, 34, of Providence was arrested at 1116 Washington St. for suspicion of possession of a Class B substance, fugitive from justice on a court warrant, violating an abuse prevention order and on a warrant for assault and battery.
• 8:51 p.m. Cory Menard, 20, of 42 Elizabeth St. was arrested at Jan Marie Dr. on a warrant and charged with possession of liquor under 21 years old.
