Nobody was charged after an independent probe into missing drugs from the Attleboro Police Department's evidence locker, according to WCVB.
The investigator in the probe reportedly cited "insufficient evidence" in naming a suspect after the year-long process.
WCVB reported, however, that an investigator called the department's record keeping and security "negligent" and the thefts "inexcusable."
